For the past 15 years, I have run large, cross-functional projects in the high tech space, including more than 250 customer storytelling campaigns, in-person, in eight countries.

These projects feature interviews with senior executives from BT Group, AWS, Burger King, Google, EssilorLuxottica, and countless others. They drove sales increases of 36% at ExxonMobil, 22% at Amazon, and 14% at Salesforce. The projects that feature a video component live on YouTube and various other places online—including this website!

While I have worked on the freelance side as well, the bulk of my work in Customer Marketing came on behalf of Prophix Software in Toronto and UserTesting in San Francisco.

I began my journey in Toronto, but I currently live with my wife, Natalie, and my boy/girl twins, Moiz and Ella, in Boca Raton, Florida.
