Recorded in Palo Alto, California, in November 2023, this project profiles how AWS tests its key AI functions, like its new Pricing Calculator and Amazon Kendra, to ensure they’re optimized before publishing them.
Published one year after I profiled Amazon Seller Central in Santa Cruz, California, this project enabled UserTesting to enlarge its footprint within its sizable Amazon account.
We hosted the video on UserTesting’s AWS page and ran events with Amazon in Seattle to promote the collaboration. The UserTesting Marketing team spotlighted the video in email marketing campaigns about developing AI functions and, separately, built account-based marketing campaigns for Amazon’s broader Research and Design teams.
I presented AWS with an illumi Award in Seattle. And the project marked the first instance of collaborating with Matt Menz, VP, Customer Experiences, to join UserTesting’s Executive Advisory Board, where he has served as a vocal and valuable member.
