Recorded at Banco Sabadell headquarters in Sant Cugat del Vallès, just north of Barcelona, in August of 2023. This bilingual project shows how Banco Sabadell’s Research and Design leaders devised an ingenious traffic light system.

Only the experiences (like opening an account, paying your bills, or using a loan calculator) with a QXscore of 85 or higher receive the green light to go live.

Key results from Banco Sabadell’s testing program include:

  • 50% increase in the speed of bringing projects to market

  • 500 tests run with UserTesting over the past year
